Frequently asked

What does Olanu track?

Three pillars in one app: peptide/hormone protocols (cycles, doses, reminders, inventory), training (programs, live workout logging, PRs, 900+ exercise library), and nutrition (macros, water, barcode scanning, photo and voice logging). You choose which pillars are on in onboarding or Settings.

How do I log a dose quickly?

From the Today screen, tap the dose to check it off — or log straight from the reminder notification without opening the app. The body map suggests your next injection site automatically.

How does the AI coach work?

The coach reads a snapshot of your own data — protocols, adherence, PRs, macros, and check-ins — and answers with specifics. It runs on Olanu’s server (you never need an API key) with fair-use daily limits, and it never gives dosing or medical advice.

What does the subscription include?

Olanu Pro unlocks everything: unlimited tracking, the AI coach, AI food logging, the research library, and cloud backup. It’s $79.99/year (about $6.67/month) with a 14-day free trial, or $14.99/month. Manage or cancel any time in your device’s App Store settings.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

How do accounts and cloud backup work?

Sign in with Apple or email. Your log stays on your device; with cloud sync on, a backup is stored securely so you can restore on a new phone. You can delete your account and its cloud data in-app at any time (Account → Delete account).

Is my data private?

Yes. No ads, no analytics SDKs, no selling of data. AI features send only what you submit, with no identifiers attached. See our Privacy Policy.

Is Olanu medical advice?

No. Olanu is a research and personal-tracking tool for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. It never recommends doses. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider. See the Medical Disclaimer.
