Olanu — Terms of Use

By downloading or using Olanu (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who can use Olanu

You must be at least 18 years old to use Olanu. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Not medical advice

Olanu is a personal tracking and educational tool. It does not provide medical, clinical, or professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it never recommends a specific drug, peptide, hormone, or dose. All compound information is presented for research and educational purposes only. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any protocol, supplement, medication, or diet. See the Medical Disclaimer for details.

3. Your responsibility & assumption of risk

You are solely responsible for the data you enter, the protocols you choose to follow, and any decisions you make regarding substances, dosing, administration, nutrition, training, or health. Many compounds referenced in the App are research chemicals that may be unapproved, controlled, or restricted in your jurisdiction — you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws where you live. Calculators, suggestions, macro targets, and AI features are estimates and aids; you must verify them and use your own judgment together with a qualified professional. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of the App and any activities you undertake based on information obtained through it.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Olanu Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) sold through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any free trial applies to the annual plan only; the monthly plan bills immediately. A trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel in your device’s App Store account settings; deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refunds are handled by Apple. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.

5. AI features — limitations and fair use

AI features (coach chat, photo and voice food logging, program and macro suggestions, scan imports) use third-party AI models. AI output can be wrong: it may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or entirely fabricated (“hallucinated”), including invented citations or facts. It is educational only — never medical, legal, or professional advice — and you must verify it against primary sources and a licensed professional before acting on it. Content you submit to AI features (questions, photos, and a summary of the data you ask about) is transmitted to our AI provider to generate a response, as described in the Privacy Policy. AI features are subject to daily usage limits that vary by plan, and may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability arising from your use of, or reliance on, AI-generated output.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App: no reverse engineering, no attempts to break usage limits or security, no unlawful use, and no uploading of content you do not have the right to share. Sharing features (protocol codes, results cards) are for personal, non-commercial use between individuals.

7. Your content and sharing

You retain ownership of the data you create. When you share a protocol code, results card, or program, you are responsible for what you share and with whom. Shared codes describe protocol structure, not personal health records.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olanu and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions or outcomes resulting from your use of the App.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms and the App over time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms.
